At the end of summer our gardens are full of fruit, and I like to preserve them by making the fruits into chutneys for all to enjoy with their meat, ham or cheese! I have a plentiful supply of rhubarb, apples, plums, and damsons to use to make ‘Spicy Chutneys’, which have mixed spice, ginger, or cinnamon added, to give a definite, warm taste to the meal!
